CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel an order that you placed, cancellations must be made prior to 3pm EST the day of your shipment to avoid having production-cost fees incurred. Please contact your customer service representative for the exact date of your shipment. Absolutely NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted on customized/special ordered merchandises or non-stock merchandises. Any changes or cancellations will be allowed, provided that the order has not been put into production. If the order has begun production or happens to be en-route to its delivery destination at the time of cancellation, the

customer will be held responsible for partial, if not all, costs & fees incurred. Elegant Nail Supply reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on incorrectly priced products and incorrectly calculated shipping costs. Please allow 2-4 business days for the credit to appear on the account.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
Contact your Elegant Nail Supply customer service representative and inform them of your request to return an order. Once your claim has been established, you will be given a Return Authorization (RA) number. Confirm shipping arrangements with your customer service representative, and re-package merchandise as it was upon delivery. Shipping insurance must be purchased on all return items. Elegant Nail Supply is not responsible for damages or lost package(s) occurred during return transit. After shipping charges and any additional return/re-stocking fees have been deducted, you will receive your payment/refund. Reimbursement, credit, or exchange will only be allowed on authorizedreturns. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to process upon the receipt of your return.

RETURNS
There is a 20% restocking fee on all items approved for return. We will accept merchandise for return only within 5 working days of receipt, provided that the merchandise is in original condition, unused, the customer has retained all original materials, accessories, and packaging. Restocking fees may be increased if shipments are returned to us damaged or without original packaging. Elegant Nail Supply will NOT accept any returns on Shampoo Units that have already been installed or connected for plumbing. Elegant Nail Supply will NOT accept any returns on electronic items that have been opened and/or partially used. Elegant Nail Supply will NOT accept any returns or exchanges on items that show signs of having been installed, used, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced.

Customers must receive a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to a return. Any item returned without a RA number will be refused or their return process will be delayed. All returns are subject to inspection before approval for a refund.

Absolutely NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted on the following: acrylics, gels, brushes, customized/special ordered merchandise, or non-stock merchandise. Any attempts for a return past the 5-day window will remain at the discretion of Elegant Nail Supply. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer must pay all applicable fees. The customer is responsible for providing proper packaging and may be held responsible for any additional shipping fees (i.e. call tags, shipping insurance, and repackaging). All returns will be thoroughly reviewed and authorized at the discretion of Elegant Nail Supply. Any merchandise not received in accordance with our return policy will be refused and returned to the Customer. Any additional damage to refused products are the sole responsibility of the customer and such damage claims are between the carrier and the customer.
