SHIPPING POLICY

Elegant Nail Supply is your source for high-quality and affordable beauty salon equipment and salon furniture.At Elegant Nail Supply, we always strive to efficiently supply our customers with the best in professional beauty salon equipment. We at Elegant Nail Supply accomplish this by offering competitive prices of our wide selection of salon furniture and salon equipment, promoting rapid, reliable delivery methods, and by providing you with a team of friendly customer service representatives.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express, Rushed, & Over-Night delivery are available on most in-stock merchandise. Charges may vary and are calculated on an individual basis. Express orders placed before 11am EST will ship out the next business day. Express orders placed after 11am EST will ship out within the next 2 business days.

FREIGHT/TRUCK DELIVERY
Your order may be shipped via freight truck line depending on the size of your order. Typically, items that are large and bulky require freight truck. You have the option of shipping with a freight truck if you would like all of your merchandise to arrive together. Before accepting your delivery, you are required to inspect each and every item for damage and/or missing items. The damage and/or missing items should be noted on the delivery receipt/bill of lading. When there is damage and/or missing items, immediately notify the
freight company and Elegant Nail Supply. The customer mustretain all packaging and accessories. If damage and/or missing items are not noted on the delivery receipt/bill of lading, Elegant Nail Supply and the freight company are not liable for any damages and/or missing items found later. Accepting delivery of the item(s) without the report of damages and/or missing items on the delivery receipt/bill is your acknowledgement that the item(s) were received in 100% perfect condition and that you have received all items. The person placing the order should be the person to receive and sign for the delivery. Alldamage and missing items must be reported within 24 hours after receipt of merchandise to the freight company and to Elegant Nail Supply.

IF SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED
You must notify the deliveryman of the damage and you MUST make notes on the extent of visible damage & the probable concealed damage onto the freight bill. Contact Elegant Nail Supply and the Delivery Company to inform them of the extent of the damages and file a damage claim. Elegant Nail Supply and the Delivery Company will require pictures of the damages and request to inspect the merchandise. (In most cases, you may receive a cash adjustment for costs, or an arrangement for the Delivery Company to cover repair costs, or get a merchandise reimbursement.) Keep ALL original packaging materials, until your claim is settled, or for the return of your damaged merchandise. All damage claims must be addressed to the Delivery Company. Elegant Nail Supply is not responsible for damages incurred during transport to delivery destination.

Damage claims pertaining to causes other than shipping will be reviewed and authorized for reimbursement at the discretion of our Claims Department. If merchandise is defective, notify Elegant Nail Supply within 24 hours and retain ALL original materials, accessories, and packaging. Customer service representatives will instruct you on the additional steps that need to be taken. Failure to retain ALL original materials, accessories, and packaging may delay or result in the refusal of your damage claim.

BACK ORDERS
Items temporarily out-of-stock may be back-ordered at customer's request and at the discretion of Elegant Nail Supply. All shipping fees & costs remain applicable to all back-orders. A customer representative will contact you with an estimated delivery time frame.
C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) No C.O.D. service is available. All merchandise and shipping and handling costs have to be prepaid before shipment is made.

Refusal of Shipment
The customer will be held responsible for Shipping Charges (shipping charges to the customer and return shipping charges) are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee for orders that are refused at the time of delivery or returned because the customer was not at the delivery location to receive the items.

Shipping Regions
Elegant Nail Supply only ships within the United Sates to include Hawaii and Alaska. Residents of Hawaii and Alaska, please check your shipping rates before you checkout as rates tend to be higher. We apologize that we do not ship overseas, to APO's, FPO, or PO Boxes at this time.
